One week down and 1.5lbs down as well! I haven't changed my diet completely ,but I have totally eliminated anything fried. I also have incorporated a twenty minute work out 4 to 5 times a week. I do notice I feel full longer after a healthy wholesome meal and I do not have the urge to raid my pantry for my children's snacks. My mood is positive and I notice I have a lot more energy at the end of the day. I will keep you posted!
