It's sold in four-packs with a variety of flavors to choose from, including Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla, and my favorite Key Lime Pie. Each yogurt has just 50 calories, but also 5 grams of fiber. It's a great low calorie snack, and easy way to squeeze some extra fiber into your diet!
